Policies
Waiting time charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. After 15 minutes, wait time will be calculated in 15 minute increments. Waiting time charges on arrivals begins 45 minutes after the posted arrival time for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights. Waiting time for arrivals at any other location begins 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% 0f the total cost will be charged on all reservations cancelled with less than 4 hours notice. Full trip cost, including gratuity, will be charged for all reservations cancelled with less than 2 hours notice.
No Show Policy
If a customer fails to show at the scheduled place and time, they will be billed the full fare including wait time, tolls, parking and gratuity.
